Foundation Beyond Belief awards Small Grants through our Humanist Giving program. Small Grants are between $1000 and $3000 and are awarded to outstanding, small humanist organizations which:

• Work on exceptional programs
• Do not fit neatly into our Quarterly Beneficiary cause areas (Poverty and Health, Education, Human Rights, The Natural World, and Challenge the Gap)

All Small Grant recipients are nominated by the FBB Board or staff. They are carefully vetted to the same high standard to which we hold our Quarterly Beneficiaries.

Some quarters, we may give one or two Small Grant awards, while other quarters we give no awards. By the end of each calendar year, we distribute any remaining Small Grant funds from that year to phenomenal small organizations.
