April Beyond Belief Winners

April’s Beyond Belief Network Picture of the Month comes from the day the Secular Humanists of Roanoke spent at the 28th Annual Pride in the Park Festival. Volunteers took hour-and-a-half shifts at the table, spending the day having wonderful conversations with others at the event. Congratulations, Secular Humanists of Roanoke!

Central Ohio United Non-Theists (COUNT) continued their monthly commitment to the Community Shelter Board (CSB) facility in Columbus, Ohio, earning them our April Team of the Month honor. CSB provides housing and meals to homeless families and individual men and women in Central Ohio. When COUNT members come to CSB they serve dinners or wash dishes, mop floors, and clean tables. They also wear branded t-shirts or name tags while volunteering to raise awareness that they are non-theists doing charity work. Keep up the great work, COUNT!
