The form below is to be completed only by authorized representatives of existing humanist, atheist, skeptic, freethought, or related organizations interested in become local teams in Volunteers Beyond Belief, a network of humanist volunteer teams.

The Foundation assists teams in finding appropriate volunteer opportunities in their area; helps them maintain a regular volunteering schedule; provides Volunteers Beyond Belief logowear; maintains a database of ideas and resources for volunteering; and hosts a blog for teams to report on their activities.

Member teams must be established groups with a humanist or related identity and a minimum of one year in existence; commit to a regular schedule of volunteering (at least once every six weeks); commit to a full year in the program; and submit a minimum of one blog entry per event for posting on the Volunteers Beyond Belief blog. A minimum of 50 group members is required to apply (size requirement waived for Secular Student Alliance chapters).

We are now accepting applications for additional teams to begin on January 1, 2012. Application deadline is December 7, 2011.
