So much pain and suffering starts with fear, and people who are afraid are more likely to retreat into ignorance or lash out with aggression.

Because people are at their best when they are least afraid, reducing fear is perhaps the single greatest project of compassionate humanism. By supporting organizations doing brilliant work around the world, Foundation Beyond Belief seeks to reduce the fear of starvation, the fear of disease, the fear of violence and oppression, and the fear of environmental degradation that threatens our very survival.

People who feel safe and hopeful BUILD instead of destroying. They work together instead of dividing into camps. At Foundation Beyond Belief, we're doing our small part to create that less fearful world.
